These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92geeto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 92geeto online gaming platform available at https://92geeto.net and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the 92geeto registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by simply accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all players across Pakistan including those accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and all other locations.

To be eligible to register and use the 92geeto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of 92geeto or any affiliated company, nor a close relative of any such person;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 92geeto for any breach of these Terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or similar responsible gaming register that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.

92geeto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time without prior notice. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and suspension of any pending withdrawal requests.

Where 92geeto has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the Company will immediately suspend the account, withhold all pending transactions, and conduct an age verification investigation. If the player is confirmed to be under 21, all funds deposited will be returned net of any winnings derived from use of the Platform while underage, and the account will be permanently closed.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 92geeto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When completing the 92geeto registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 92geeto is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 92geeto login credentials (username and password);
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying 92geeto immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach by contacting support at [email protected];
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

92geeto will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 92geeto requesting login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

All financial transactions on the 92geeto Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 92geeto's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, although individual payment method limits may apply.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 2 hours to reflect in your 92geeto wallet, depending on interbank processing times.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. 92geeto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within an average of 15 minutes, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within 2–4 hours during standard business hours.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts registered in the same name as the 92geeto account holder.
• 92geeto reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide required documentation within 48 hours may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied in full.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by 92geeto are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

• Abuse and Misuse: 92geeto reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional offer — and to suspend or close the associated account — where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or acted in bad faith in relation to any promotion.

All games available on the 92geeto Platform — including live casino, slot machines, sports betting markets, Pirate Fishing, and Super Bingo — are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92geeto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name or identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;

• Using the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party;

Where the Company has reasonable suspicion that a player has engaged in criminal activity, it will freeze the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

92geeto does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption, that it will be free from errors or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In any event, 92geeto's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 92geeto account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 92geeto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

92geeto collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

92geeto implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure storage of account credentials using industry-standard hashing algorithms, and restricted internal access to personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 92geeto is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and 92geeto, you agree to first contact the 92geeto support team at [email protected] and provide a full description of the dispute. 92geeto will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated period, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures established by 92geeto's licensing authority. Players are also entitled to seek resolution through any applicable consumer protection body in their jurisdiction.

For sports betting disputes specifically, 92geeto's settlement decision on any bet shall be final once the relevant sporting event result has been officially confirmed by the governing body and reflected in the Platform.
